Job Summary:

Eagle Pointe Skilled Nursing is seeking a talented and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team! As Assistant Director, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care and support. Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a positive and engaging work environment
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality patient care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning and coordination
Conduct staff evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to improve performance
Monitor and report on patient outcomes, quality measures, and compliance with regulations
Develop and manage budgets for nursing operations and supplies
Build and maintain relationships with local hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

Active LPN or RN license
Wage range based on certification and years of experience
