Bookstore Manager On Duty: Lead & Grow a Team

Books-A-Million in Muncie, Indiana, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the store as Manager On Duty, coach associates, and grow alongside the General Manager.
You’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales and guest satisfaction, create schedules, train staff, and uphold store standards while building strong ties with the community.
This is a full-time leadership role at a dynamic bookstore focused on growth through teamwork and accountability.
