Corporate Paralegal

Job Overview Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Corporate Paralegal for a hybrid, long‑term contract position (5‑6+ months) with our client in Jacksonville, FL or Gainesville, FL. Full time, Monday‑Friday, standard business hours. Candidates may work remotely anywhere in Florida; occasional travel may be required. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal, including 5+ years in the Corporate M&A space. Responsibilities Support legal team in connection with M&A transactions, including asset transfer, transition, and post‑closing integration activities. Coordinate legal due diligence processes, including collection, organization, review, and tracking of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and operational documents. Assist with management of virtual data room maintenance, indexing, and document uploads. Assist with preparation, review, and execution of transaction documents, including NDAs, asset purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, assignment and assumption agreements, and ancillary closing documents. Track key transaction milestones, deliverables, and post‑closing obligations to support timely completion of deal activities. Application Submit your resume in Word document format.
