Job Description Job Description Company Overview: Amarillo Sprinkler Repair is seeking a dependable and experienced Licensed Irrigator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who can lead irrigation installs, diagnose and repair sprinkler systems, and help manage day-to-day field operations while providing excellent customer service. Position Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair residential and commercial sprinkler systems Manage and oversee irrigation installations from start to finish Troubleshoot electrical, valve, controller, and coverage issues Ensure systems are installed according to local codes and regulations Lead crews and coordinate job schedules as needed Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations Perform seasonal maintenance, inspections, and system adjustments Maintain accurate job notes and material usage Qualifications: Current Texas Licensed Irrigator license required Experience with sprinkler repair and irrigation installs Knowledge of controllers, wiring, valves, drip systems, and backflow systems Ability to manage projects and crews efficiently Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Preferred Qualifications: Experience estimating jobs and managing install crews Ability to train and mentor technicians Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle (if applicable) Opportunities for growth and lead
