Description Owner Relations Manager Opportunity Our company, Great Ocean Condos and Homes, is the largest vacation rental management company in the New Smyrna Beach area. We are looking for a full time Owner Relations Manager to join our team. If you are a highly organized individual with a great attitude and strong computer skills, this is your chance to work in beautiful New Smyrna Beach, FL! - Owner Property Records
- Have very strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail!
- Be honest, ethical, and dependable.
- Have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends and evenings.
- Be able to establish priorities and manage workload.
- Be natural in sales.
- Have a cheerful presence and great people skills.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Be a self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team.
- Dress professionally.
- Be a fast learner.
- Work up to 40 hours per week, overtime is available depending on business needs.
- Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to walk up and down stairs.
- Have strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google family of products.
