See who we are and how we care We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide live-in or 24-hour care for our client in East Longmeadow Area. Position Overview As a Caregiver with Chanda Care, you play a key role in helping clients live safely and independently at home. Your support will focus on daily living, comfort, and meaningful human connection. Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing hands-on support with safety, mobility, and comfort
- Preparing simple meals and helping maintain a clean, safe home
- Offering medication reminders and reinforcing daily routines
- Completing errands or grocery runs as needed
- Driving clients to appointments or nearby activities
- Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance
- Communicating clearly with families and the Chanda Care team
- At least one year of caregiving experience or willingness to complete training
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs safely
- Willingness to commute within a 525 minute range
- A compassionate, respectful, and dependable approach
- Comfort working independently in a clients home
