About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble a variety of fresh salads and bowls according to customer specifications.
• Engage with customers to take orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad bar and dining area.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately at the register.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for healthy food and customer service.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Food Handler's certification is a plus.
