Position Overview:           

As a Salesperson, you will be the key link between our dealership and potential customers who are engaging with us. You will be responsible for converting online inquiries into sales opportunities, guiding customers through the buying process, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications :

Experience : Previous experience in automotive sales or sales.

Technical Skills : Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools. Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.

Communication :  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.

Adaptability :  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Passion :  Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a genuine desire to help customers find their perfect vehicle.

Duties:

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide exceptional service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their requirements, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
• Stay informed about promotions, new products, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
