$17.00 - $25.00/hr* Full time Shifts may vary We are looking for a Bakery/Packager Associate who loves helping people, follows recipes, and stays organized. The role involves preparing fresh baked items daily, wrapping, labeling, storing merchandise, and assisting members with their bakery orders. You’ll juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring member satisfaction. Be an Expert: Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment, following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement. Be an Owner: Ensure operational excellence, maintain quality and date control standards, eliminate waste, and assist members with purchasing decisions. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service and products, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, using the Open Door Policy. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and co-workers; identify priorities; communicate progress; recommend improvements; and adapt to change.
