Product Education Lead for AI Launches & Activation

Proton.ai

Proton.ai is hiring a Customer Education Lead in the Greater Boston area with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office/week, Harvard Square). You will own education for product launches, design programs that turn alpha/beta usage into active adoption, and partner with Product, CS, Support, and Sales to drive customer activation. You'll build scalable education foundations—webinars, docs, and academies—while delivering white-glove sessions for strategic launches and accounts. #J-18808-Ljbffr Proton.ai
