Site Finance Manager - Manufacturing - Richland County

Lead the finance function for a manufacturing site by partnering with plant leadership to drive financial performance, operational decision-making, and long-term growth. This role provides strategic support through budgeting, forecasting, costing, variance analysis, and strong financial controls while promoting continuous improvement across site operations. Key Responsibilities Partner with plant leadership on financial strategy and performance Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting Manage product costing, inventory, standard costs, and working capital Maintain strong internal controls, audit support, and governance compliance Provide financial modeling and decision support for operational and capital initiatives Improve financial processes, reporting visibility, and data accuracy Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams Promote financial awareness around cost drivers, margins, and profitability Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of manufacturing or plant finance experience Strong costing, inventory, forecasting, and controls background ERP experience required (JDE or similar preferred) Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
