Client Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests
Build and maintain relationships with clients through professional communication
and timely follow-up
Provide updates regarding production timelines, inventory availability, shipments, and
delivery schedules
Resolve customer concerns related to orders, product quality, invoicing, and shipping
issues

Perform daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, document management,
and report preparation
Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and customer correspondence
Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, pricing information, and order history
Assist with office operations, support and coordination with sales staff, and internal
communications

Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order
fulfillment
Track production schedules and communicate delays or changes to customers and
internal teams
Monitor inventory levels and assist with order processing and material availability
Support shipping and receiving activities by preparing documentation and tracking
deliveries
