Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Glen Head, NY. This is an in‑office position. Base Salary Range: $35,000 – $45,000 (based on experience) Commission + Bonus Opportunities: Uncapped earning potential tied to performance Total Compensation Potential: $50,000 – $75,000+ for top producers Responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
