As a Project Manager within GCI, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact initiatives that directly support residents in accessing health insurance through a reliable, secure, and user-centered platform. In this role, you will manage workstreams that span policy implementation, IT system enhancements, consumer experience improvements, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with stakeholders across government agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with GCI’s vision. Essential Functions Under direction of the Deputy Director of Marketplace Business Solutions, oversees assigned project management duties. Maintains the master project schedule and project risks, action items, issues, and decisions (RAID) logs. Identifies and documents program processes and analyze current processes for potential improvements. Completes project management duties for special projects. Maintains document storage and organization methods. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above. Minimum Qualifications Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college, preferably with courses in business or public administration. Requires one (1) year of responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization. Preferred Qualifications Prefers possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent and one (1) year of experience in government, healthcare, or insurance industries. Prefers two (2) years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a project management capacity. Prefers two (2) years of experience demonstrating complex and effective communication across stakeholders. Prefers two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Projects, Lists, and SharePoint. Prefers one (1) year of experience working with the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Prefers one (1) year of experience in the government sector. Prefers one (1) year of experience with proven problem-solving abilities. Specialized Skills Requires possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent and one (1) year of experience in government, healthcare, or insurance industries.
