Your responsibilities include troubleshooting operational issues, maintaining accurate records, and providing training to new team members. The role requires a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and process improvement. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (preferred) Excellent attendance record Ability to read and comprehend written instructions Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, adaptable to change Team player with strong communication skills Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and occasionally, and stand/work for 100% of the time Own a reliable vehicle Computer‑literate Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed Must pass a drug screen during the 90‑day probationary period and comply with a drug‑free workplace policy Responsibilities Monitor and manage daily operations on Line 4 unload and tether lines to meet efficiency and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues swiftly. Maintain accurate operational records and report performance metrics regularly. Provide training and support to new team members. Skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Problem‑solving skills for day‑to‑day operational challenges. Attention to detail and quality focus. Experience with process optimization is a plus.
