We are currently hiring Full‑Time and Part‑Time Armed Security Officers in the Newburgh, NY area. Must have a Law Enforcement or Military background. These positions offer a pay rate of $30 per hour, paid weekly. Proof of being fully COVID‑19 vaccinated is mandatory. Armed Security Officer Responsibilities Armed Security Officers may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Requirements NYS Armed Security Guard License Law Enforcement or Military Background Good customer service skills Professional appearance Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to prepare written reports Immunisations and physical fitness (will be discussed upon interview) Education Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Certification Requirements Drivers licence, NY State Security Guard licence, NY State Armed Guard licence.
