Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $45–51 per hour, negotiable depending on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Provide scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride, and related procedures. Offer same‑day care opportunities. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess dental condition and needs, review medical history. Adhere to all governmental regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the treatment process. Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary. Take x‑rays and store in patient charts when necessary. Show compassion to create memorable patient experiences. Work primarily with children, who make up 70% or more of the patient base. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
