Bombshell Salon & Suites is a nationally recognized, independently owned multi-location salon brand in the Albany Capital Region. We're hiring at all three of our Capital Region locations:

• Bombshell Uptown — Delmar, NY
• Bombshell Midtown — 563 New Scotland Ave, Albany, NY
• Bombshell Collar City — 500 Federal St, Troy, NY

Each location has its own energy and clientele — but all three share the same culture, standards, and support system.

YOUR INCOME IS UNLIMITED HERE

This is the part we want you to really hear: there is no cap on what you can earn at Bombshell. Your income is a direct reflection of your drive, your talent, and your ambition — and we have built the structure to make sure nothing gets in the way of that.

• Commission up to 70% — among the most competitive in the entire region
• Retail commission on every product you recommend and sell
• Affiliate program for additional retail earnings — income that works even when you're not behind the chair
• Tips, add-ons, and upsells stack on top of everything
• The stylists who want to earn $80K, $100K, $120K and beyond — this is where that happens

THREE WAYS TO WORK — YOU CHOOSE

We offer three working arrangements because we know talented people are at different stages of their journey:

W-2 Employee

• Supported employment with access to our full clientele and infrastructure
• Commission up to 70% based on performance
• Ideal for stylists who want structure, mentorship, and a team behind them while they build

1099 Independent Contractor

• Freedom and flexibility backed by an established, nationally recognized brand
• Set your own schedule, build your own book, earn at your level
• Independence without starting from zero

Suite Rental

• Run your own business inside a beautifully designed suite environment
• Full autonomy with the prestige of the Bombshell name and Davines Titanium affiliation behind you
• Everything beyond your flat rental rate is yours — period

YOUR SCHEDULE, YOUR TERMS

• Full-time or part-time — both are genuinely welcome
• Saturdays and Sundays are optional — no pressure, no guilt
• Flexible scheduling built around your life and your goals

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Licensed cosmetologist in New York State — required
• 2+ years of experience behind the chair — required
• All specialties welcome: color, cuts, extensions, texture, scalp, bridal — own what you do best
• You are ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to outperform where you currently are
• You take pride in your craft, your clients, and your reputation
• You align with our values: excellence, sustainability, community, and kindness
• You are done being capped, overlooked, or undervalued — and you're ready to do something about it
