Lead Food Service Worker

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead foodservice worker to our School Dining team in Nashville, AR. As a lead foodservice worker, you will have the opportunity to lead daily operation onsite by ensuring quality food preparation and service.

Ensuring proper preparation and storage of food. Directing food service staff and operations to ensure a successful meal service. Ordering food and paper products as needed. Ensuring sanitation and safety procedures are followed at all times. Training new staff members as needed.

Must-haves: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong customer service skills. ServSafe certification. At least one years' experience in a foodservice role. Nice-to-haves: At least one years' experience in a supervisory role.

Compensation Range $12 per hour.
