Sales Manager – In-Home Remodeling | $200K+ Potential | Pre-Set Appointments Bath Planet – Spokane, WA Compensation $200,000–$300,000+ On-Target Earnings (Base Pay + Commission + Leadership Overrides) About the Role We are seeking a driven In-Home Sales Manager to lead a growing sales team while actively closing deals in the field. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will sell alongside your team, coach in real time, and help drive daily performance. All appointments are pre-set and pre-qualified , allowing you to focus on selling and leadership—not prospecting. No cold calling. No door knocking.
