Confidential Employer. Job Description Manage an active caseload involving divorce, equitable distribution, custody, support, adoption, and related family law matters. Counsel clients with professionalism, empathy, and clear strategic guidance throughout their cases. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, correspondence, and other legal documents. Research Pennsylvania family law, local rules, and relevant case law. Represent clients at conferences, hearings, negotiations, and trials. Manage discovery timelines, prepare responses, and keep matters moving efficiently toward resolution. Communicate promptly with clients and provide consistent updates regarding case strategy and developments. Maintain organized case files, deadlines, and billable-hour expectations. Participate in CLEs, Bar Association activities, professional conferences, and other opportunities to strengthen your practice. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school. Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing. 2+ years of divorce and family law attorney experience. Experience drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and representing clients in family law proceedings. Strong legal writing, research, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines independently. High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment. Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and standard legal technology.
