West Shore Home operates in over 40 locations nationwide and is home to over 3,000 employees!Purpose of Position:The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.Key Role Accountabilities:Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucksTravel to customer's home, greet them, and establish rapportRemove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trimClean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's homeCollect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouseCompensation:The approximate hourly for this position is $21-$24 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.$1,000 Signing Bonus! Sign-on bonus is paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days of continuous employment.
