  • Daily Working Hours: Full-Time
  • Travel : Remote - Minimal travel, approximately 1-2 trips over the full engagement
  • Work authorization: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

Project Scope

We are seeking Epic Beaker and DI Analysts to support a large-scale instrument integration program for a major health system. This is a hands-on, execution-focused build role centered on instrument connectivity across Chemistry, Hematology, and Coagulation, with a defined go-live target and a clear path to 20-24 months of total engagement for analysts who perform well in the initial phase.

Position Summary

The Epic Beaker & DI Analyst will be responsible for hands-on instrument build, connectivity configuration, interface testing, and documentation within an active Beaker integration program. This individual will personally execute build work - not oversee it - confirming instruments are connecting correctly, configuring required scenarios and workflows, running functional testing, and obtaining sign-off. The ideal candidate is a disciplined, execution-focused analyst who thrives on clear deliverables, works well independently, and is looking for a long-term engagement with a defined growth path.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and configure instrument connectivity within Epic Beaker and DI across Chemistry, Hematology, and Coagulation.
  • Confirm instruments are connecting correctly and all areas are properly built out.
  • Configure required scenarios and workflows for assigned instrument types.
  • Execute functional, interface, and connectivity testing across assigned instruments.
  • Document all build, testing results, and sign-off in accordance with program and accreditation standards.
  • Review existing build, assess current project status, and identify work that can proceed while dependencies are finalized.
  • Review and contribute to testing trackers to ensure the program stays on timeline.
  • Coordinate with lab operations, IT, instrument vendors, and interface teams during build and testing phases.
  • Support cutover and go-live activities for assigned instruments and facilities.
  • Partner with the Beaker Integration PM on scope, sequencing, and priorities within assigned specialty areas.
Qualifications
  • Active Epic Beaker CP certification required.
  • Hands-on Beaker instrument build and DI integration experience required.
  • Experience with Chemistry, Hematology, and/or Coagulation instrument integrations.
  • Ability to personally execute hands-on build work - this is not an oversight or advisory role.
  • Experience producing complete, accreditation-compliant build and testing documentation.
  • Ability to start the week of September 7th and commit through the full engagement and extensions.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microbiology instrument integration experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with interface platforms such as DI, RALS, Safetrace, or Cloverleaf.
  • Experience supporting multi-facility or health system Beaker rollouts.
  • Background working in fast-paced, deadline-driven implementation environments.
  • Comfort working independently with minimal oversight through clearly defined deliverables.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Hands-on Beaker and DI build specialist who can execute independently from day one.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough with a track record of clean, documented, signed-off instrument integrations.
  • Delivery-focused professional who prefers clear scope and defined go-live targets over ambiguous consulting engagements.
  • Reliable and committed - this program rewards analysts who perform well with long-term extension opportunities.
  • Brings technical depth, accountability, and a get-it-done mindset to every engagement.

When working with Quoris as a consultant, you are eligible for competitive benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, and a great culture/working environment.
