This position involves the development and periodic updating of individualized, interdisciplinary care plans, evaluating patient outcomes, and identifying available resources for patients.The Crisis Psychiatric Unit provides care to patients aged 5 and older with various psychiatric conditions, including major depression, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorders, and psychotic disorders.
