We are a growing outpatient practice, and this full-time role is open at locations including Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee and Fontana. You will lead a designated location, bring your own personal touch to it, and help shape how it grows.Leading a Clinic Your WayAs clinic manager, also known here as clinic director, you will lead a designated location and develop a highly functioning team that consistently delivers the best in patient care and customer service. You will work alongside senior leadership to keep operations efficient, and you will be the clinical expert your staff turns to with questions about patient needs and clinical oversight.We understand and respect how important a director can be. That is why we want someone ready to take the leap and help grow and lead their own clinic, rather than someone who simply fills a seat. You will be joining an established group of current clinic directors who share the same mission of providing quality care in a fun and relaxed environment. We are not a clinic that sees three or four patients an hour. Our goal for our therapists is 1.5 patients per hour, which leaves room to give true quality care to everyone who comes through our doors. As advocates of physical therapy, we want each member of our team to grow both professionally and personally.Pay is competitive but realistic for a private outpatient clinic, starting from $95,000 per year.
