Jacob Assistant Branch Manager The Branch Internship Program lasts approximately 8‑12 weeks but can sometimes extend beyond a semester and often leads to a full‑time position in the same or a different branch. During your internship, you will interact with team members, leaders and customers to gain real‑world experience by working alongside our team to learn about many aspects of the day‑to‑day operations of a branch as well as the overall business. We are seeking college juniors and seniors who are looking for a fulfilling career in financial services with availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. We have a preference for majors such as business, sales or finance. Republic Finance's Branch Internship program fulfills most university requirements. We can provide a program overview by request. Interview & Hiring Process This process can take 2 to 4 weeks from start to offer but your Recruiter will stay in close contact with you throughout the process and will help to keep things moving!
