Manager of SEC Reporting

Lead the monthly global financial statement consolidation in SAP. Oversee and review the accounting for stock-based compensation and complex transactions . Review and assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings , including 10-K/10-Q footnotes, cash flow, equity, and subsidiary financial statements. Prepare and review technical accounting memos and documentation for special transactions (debt, equity, M&A, and other non-routine events). Support the quarterly earnings release , Audit Committee materials, and other reporting deliverables. Perform covenant compliance calculations related to the company’s credit agreements. Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits. Support the company’s annual and triggering event impairment testing . Maintain strong documentation for SOX compliance and internal controls. Lead the filing of required government and industry financial surveys . Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred 5–8 years of experience, ideally with a public accounting and industry mix (manufacturing / consumer goods highly preferred) Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel; experience with consolidation tools (e.g., OneStream or Hyperion) a plus Demonstrated ability to draft and review technical accounting memos (ASC 606, ASC 350, ASC 360, etc.) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact at all organizational levels Driven, detail-oriented professional with proven leadership and critical thinking skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential Careers
