Family Medicine Physician

The Staff Pad is seeking a Family Medicine Physician in Pomona, California, to join a mission-driven community health organization. This role focuses on providing high-quality, preventative, and primary care services across the age continuum. The ideal candidate is passionate about whole-person care, chronic disease management, and building long-term patient relationships within a patient-centered medical model.
