Critical Care/Trauma Physician

Opportunity:
Physician - Internal Medicine - Critical Care Medicine

Job Details:
• Provide critical care medicine services with 5-10 shifts per month
• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7a-7p
• Manage 12-16 patient encounters per shift
• Must be board certified in Internal Medicine - Critical Care Medicine
• Required certifications include ATLS and BLS
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 30 days
• Ventilation management experience preferred (invasive and non-invasive)
• Chest tube insertion and bronchoscopy with BAL capabilities preferred
• Experience with acute volume/BP issue evaluation and management preferred
• Central line, arterial line, and PA catheter insertion skills preferred
• IABP placement and temporary placement experience preferred
• ICP evaluation and management capabilities preferred
• Dialysis catheter placement experience preferred
• Diagnostic/therapeutic procedures including lumbar puncture, paracentesis, and thoracentesis preferred
• Must hold active Missouri medical license or IMLC
• Level 3 trauma facility experience
• Start date: July 27, 2026 - Ongoing

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
