Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Virginia PT license
• Home Health experience
• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) for documentation and PointCare

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
• On-call or weekend requirement: None
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
