As a Loan Assistant, you'll play an important role in keeping the lending process movingproviding exceptional support to our lenders, assisting customers, preparing and maintaining loan documentation, and helping ensure every interaction reflects the level of service our customers expect from First Service Bank.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A dependable, professional approach to your work
• A genuine interest in helping customers and delivering exceptional service
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A willingness to learn, grow, and build a career in banking
• Banking, lending, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred, but we're also willing to train the right candidate
• The energy and initiative to help establish and grow our presence in Northwest Arkansas
