Program Overview North Dallas VESH is seeking veterinarians passionate about working in emergency medicine for our 6‑month training and mentorship program. Candidates should be team oriented, driven, reflective, and reliable. Program Details Our unique ER Immerse curriculum is built around core competencies essential for an emergency veterinarian. It combines simulation‑based didactics with authentic training experiences and live patients, focusing on clinical skills, client and team member communication, professional skills, and life/work integration. Program Duration & Commitment 6‑month training program beginning June 2026. Schedule – 5‑day work week with 4 clinical days, 1 didactic day, and 2 days off each week. Training includes rotation with other specialty services, surgical training, and dedicated mentor supervision on every shift. Competency‑based curriculum featuring asynchronous learning on Vetbloom and weekly live virtual didactic rounds with regular continuing education events led by specialists and experienced emergency doctors. Excellent post‑training scheduling options. Location North Dallas Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital, located in Dallas, Texas, is a high‑quality specialty and emergency practice dedicated to exceptional patient care. Qualifications & Requirements Veterinary graduate with a genuine interest in emergency medicine. Team oriented, driven, reflective, and reliable. U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship (TN status may be considered).
