Assistant Operator

ProAmpac is seeking an Assistant Operator to support flexible packaging production in our manufacturing facility. In this safety-focused, team-based role, you will assist with machine setup, start-up, and shutdown, monitor equipment during runs, and perform basic quality checks on films, pouches, and bags. Responsibilities include material handling, recording production data, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Working alongside experienced operators, you’ll learn advanced processes, contribute to continuous improvement, and help deliver innovative, sustainable packaging solutions for global food, healthcare, and industrial customers.
