AML Compliance Analyst

Position Description Position Summary: This position supports day-to-day Title 31 compliance,including CTR and SAR documentation, investigations, reviews, reporting, andfiling. The role also helps train company personnel and assists the ComplianceOfficer with materials needed to fulfill compliance responsibilities. This isan office-based position with scheduled hours of 8:30AM-5:00PM, Monday throughFriday. This role does not offer remote work and requires the selectedcandidate to work on-site at the office.
Reports to: Compliance Officer Salary: $942.45 weekly/ $49,007.40 annually(This salary is firm.) Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• ComplianceProgram Support: Assist with implementing and enforcing the Title 31Compliance program; support BSA policies, procedures, and guidance to gaming operations and other departments.
• Documentationand Database Maintenance: Collect, enter, review, and maintain Title31 documentation, patron information, W-2G, W-9, 1099 information, MTLs, and in-house AML database records.
• Monitoring andAnalysis: Review daily cash transaction and suspicious activityreports for accuracy and completeness; issue Title 31 Exception Notices, ensure corrective action,analyze periodic reports, and identify filing requirements and reportableactivity.
• Investigationsand Research: Investigate incomplete transactions, suspicious incidentreports, gaming records, patron activity, transaction patterns, source of funds, and due diligence matters usinginternal systems, commercial databases, open-source internet research, andsocial media.
• RegulatoryFiling Support: Review CTRs for timely and accurate FinCEN filing;prepare investigative reports and SAR or No-SAR recommendations; under the Compliance Officer's direction, prepare SARs andnarratives for filing.
• Risk Reviews andCollaboration: Assist with OFAC, KYC, CDD, and EDD reviews; work withgaming departments to obtain and maintain information
needed for suspicious activitymonitoring.
• Training,Review, and Confidentiality: Prepare training materials, assist withTitle 31 training, support the annual independent review, attend
required company training andmeetings, and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Additional Duties: Performother compliance-related duties and special projects as assigned by theCompliance Officer. Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act regulations and Title 31 compliance reporting and filing preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to comprehend regulatory and reporting standards and requirements.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- This is an in-office position (Monday-Friday) and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
- Travel may be required.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting) for extended periods of time, frequently exceeding six (6) hours per workday.
- Frequent use of a computer, including keyboarding and viewing electronic screens.
- Occasional standing, walking, and minimal lifting (generally not exceeding 10-15 pounds).
- Adequate vision to review electronic data.
- Adequate vision and manual dexterity to handle documents and office equipment.
- Work is performed primarily in a professional office environment.
- The position may require periodic travel.
- The role involves a structured, deadline-driven environment with regulatory oversight.
- This is a full-time position.
