What You'll Do

• Provide skilled physical therapy services , including pelvic floor therapy , in patients' homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Carry out individualized treatment plans for pelvic floor and functional mobility conditions

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility, balance, and functional activities

• Educate patients and caregivers on pelvic floor exercises, home programs, and safe mobility techniques

• Document patient progress, outcomes, and responses to treatment

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high quality care

What You'll Need

• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license

• Pelvic Floor certification, required

• Degree from an accredited PTA program

• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation

• Current CPR certification

• Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills

• Home health experience, preferred
