Pay Rate: $ 1700 To $ 1920/Week

Contract: 13 Weeks


Schedule: Day Shift


Experience: Acute Care RN Experience Preferred | ICU Experience Preferred

About the Role


We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Samaritan Healthcare in Moses Lake, Washington. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional critical care to acutely ill patients, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and deliver evidence-based nursing interventions while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide high-quality critical care nursing interventions.
• Monitor critically ill patients, administer medications, IV therapy, and assist with advanced life-support procedures while responding to changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate patient care, delegate nursing responsibilities, supervise support staff, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, recovery, discharge planning, and ongoing healthcare needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and promote patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
• Current BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) certification required.
• Acute Care RN experience preferred; ICU experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain ACLS (within 6 months), PALS, TNCC, PEARS, and Moderate Sedation Certification within required timeframes.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, leadership, and patient care skills.
