Job Description

As a dedicated Team Member, you will:

Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service, ensuring every customer experience is top-notch.
Consult with customers to determine the most effective packing and shipping solutions.
Offer assistance with document services, understanding the varied needs of our clients.
Skillfully pack merchandise for shipment and handle the shipping process with accuracy.
Conduct sales transactions using a computerized register, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, contributing to an enjoyable customer experience.
Undertake other tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-player attitude.
Must be over 18 years of age and agree to become a notary public. Employer will be provide instructions on the process and will pay for NJ notary public exam and required stamps and seals.

Who You Are:

You’re someone who thrives in a customer-facing role, enjoying the challenge of meeting diverse needs with precision and a smile.
A quick learner, eager to acquire new skills and knowledge, especially in the areas of packing, shipping, and retail operations.
Physically capable of frequent lifting (1 to 5 pounds) and occasional heavier lifting (up to 40-50 pounds), along with standing, bending, and reaching as part of your daily routine.

Hours:

Must be able to work Monday (8:30am - 2pm), Wednesday (2pm - 6:30pm) and Sundays (10am - 3pm)
