This is not a production-model position; it is an opportunity to practice medicine with the time, tools, and team support to actually get to the root cause and to experience the profound satisfaction of watching patients transform their health in ways that conventional medicine alone cannot achieve. Fellowship Opportunity – IMPOE AIM for Wellbeing is an affiliated training site for the IMPOE fellowship program. We actively welcome physicians who have completed the IMPOE fellowship or who are interested in completing a functional and integrative medicine fellowship during or after joining our team. Fellowship-trained physicians bring clinical depth that accelerates patient outcomes and enriches the entire care team. What You Will Do Conduct comprehensive functional medicine evaluations using advanced diagnostics such as micronutrient testing, GI mapping, hormone panels, organic acids, genomics, and more. Develop individualized, root-cause-driven treatment plans integrating nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle medicine, and integrative therapeutics. Manage complex chronic and functional health conditions with clinical depth and precision. Collaborate with the full integrative team – chiropractors, dietitians, acupuncturists, health coaches, and energy practitioners. Participate in monthly interdisciplinary educational sessions and foster continuous clinical learning. Practice & Community Provide clinical oversight of AIM’s signature programs – Maya's Way, Executive Wellness, and Get Well. Teach and mentor residents, medical students, and IMPOE fellowship candidates. Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives. Lead community wellness programming and corporate wellness partnerships. Contribute clinical input on AIM Lifestyle Store supplement protocols and quarterly provider reviews. Who We Are Looking For We seek a whole-person practitioner who sees the patient, not just the chart, and brings clinical rigor and genuine curiosity to every encounter, understanding that medicine at its highest is both art and science.
