Machine Operator

Operator – Franklin, TN, US Primary Function Operator will initiate operations in accordance with customer requirements and monitor performance to optimize production processes. Responsibilities Complete training and perform operator functions in accordance with required work instructions for the position. Read, understand and execute the production schedule. Operate automated machinery and perform troubleshooting tasks to increase machine uptime. Learn multiple operations and work in different areas as needed. Walk and/or stand for the entire shift. Lift up to 50 lbs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Basic computer knowledge. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting/standing and frequent bending and reaching. Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds (with assistance).
