Margaret Mary Health is seeking a dedicated Urologist to join our well-established and highly respected practice in Batesville, Indiana. • Full time
• Hospital employed
• 40-hour work week
• Call Requirements limited to after-hours phone calls only with no requirement to physically
  come into the hospital.
• Call schedule to be mutually agreed upon, but is certainly not 24 7
  or expected to negatively impact quality of life.
• 2 physicians
• 460 surgical cases per year
• 20 patients a day
• Cerner EMR
• 24 Six Pine Ranch Road at our Outpatient and Oncology Center, New Hospital opening June 2026
• Competitive compensation and benefits package
  • Base compensation will be $700,000 annually
  • $50,000 sign on bonus
  • Quality incentive of $10,000 annually
  • 6 weeks or 240 hours of PTO
  • 5 days of CME annually with a $4,500 annual CME allowance
