As a Driver & Warehouse Support Specialist , you’ll play a vital role in our mission by delivering rental and sales equipment to clients and ensuring our machines are impeccably cleaned and prepped in our warehouse. With daily customer interactions, you’ll be the face of our company, representing our values of reliability, professionalism, and pride in every delivery and conversation. Key Responsibilities

• Safely deliver and pick up rental and sales equipment using a company vehicle (pickup with trailer or box truck).
• Engage in daily customer interactions , providing courteous, timely, and professional service to multiple clients, ensuring each experience reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Securely load and unload equipment, ensuring safe handling and transport.
• Thoroughly clean returned equipment using pressure washers and scrubbers, inspecting for damage to ensure rental-ready condition.
• Assist in warehouse operations, including organizing equipment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and supporting inventory rotation.
• Perform basic equipment checks and report any maintenance needs promptly.
• Complete accurate delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures for each transaction.
• Proactively solve problems and collaborate with the team to meet customer needs efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (towing experience a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills for daily customer interactions , with a professional and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Attention to detail when cleaning, inspecting, and prepping equipment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in equipment handling, delivery, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• A mindset of ownership—taking responsibility for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Bonus Points For

• Forklift operation experience or certification.
• Familiarity with small engines or industrial equipment.
• Previous experience in equipment rental, sales, logistics, or delivery roles .
