NOW HIRING: Frontline Customer Service Specialist $18/hour

AtWork Personnel - Harrisonburg is hiring a Frontline Customer Service Specialist for a respected local organization. This is a full-time temporary opportunity starting immediately and continuing through November , with the chance to gain valuable office experience and make a real impact every day.

What You' ll Do:

Welcome customers at the front desk and drive-thru with a friendly, professional attitude
Receive and accurately post customer payments
Schedule service requests and assist with account updates
Perform data entry and general office support
Work alongside a supportive team to provide exceptional customer service

We' re Looking For Someone Who:

Has customer service and/or cash handling experience
Pays close attention to detail and enjoys staying organized
Is comfortable using computers and learning new software
Communicates professionally and enjoys helping others
Thrives in a fast-paced office environment
Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required!
