Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing environment
• Experience working in a facility-based outpatient or inpatient setting
