Join Barrett Petfood as a Full-Time Loadout Specialist in Little Falls, Minnesota , where your driving skills meet the vibrant culture of our manufacturing environment! This role keeps flour moving accurately and safely in our facility and supporting smooth operations in our raw ingredients department. With a competitive pay range of $21.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on experience and shift differential. Here, you'll solve logistical challenges daily, contributing to high performance while embracing the camaraderie of a supportive team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Receive trailers
• Load and unload flour trailers
• Check silos and north winds system
• Keep loadout areas organized and follow all safety and quality expectations
• Clean, scrape, sweep trailers out, mop floors

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.

1ST SHIFT MON - FRI 6AM - 230PM

3RD SHIFT MON - FRI 10PM - 630AM

You'll start the morning by checking the day's shipping priorities and getting your area set up for a smooth flow. Throughout the shift, you'll stay on the move between staging and loadout, communicating with teammates as timing changes and trucks arrive. You'll wrap up by making sure the loadout space is clean, organized, and ready for the next day, then head out with your afternoons free.
