Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Title : Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location : Onsite in American Fork, Utah Overview Brevium helps medical practices reactivate their patients with innovative technology that optimizes recall efforts, boosts patient retention, and increases revenue. Brevium's cutting-edge solutions enable healthcare providers to enhance patient care and engagement, while streamlining practice operations for better results. Responsibilities Make 30-40 cold calls and send 30-40 personalized emails daily Research and add 15+ new contacts into your call cadence to build your pipeline Collaborate with Account Executives to discuss and strategize methods to engage targeted accounts and set quality meetings Utilize LinkedIn and Salesforce to identify, track, and engage prospects effectively Participate in various meetings, including 1:1s, team meetings, trainings, and sales calls, to continuously develop your sales skills and industry knowledge Engage in peer collaboration, sharing best practices, role-playing, and learning from “oops moments” to drive continuous improvement Maintain self-discipline, accountability, and reliability in all tasks and goals Success Metrics Month 1 : Achieve 2 demos and engage with 10 providers Month 2 : Achieve 5 demos and engage with 25 providers Month 3 : Achieve 7 demos and engage with 60 providers Qualifications 0-2 years of sales experience; open to entry-level candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn CRM experience is a plus (Salesforce preferred but not required) Candidates with experience in summer sales or young recruiters are strongly encouraged to apply A passion for being an SDR and developing into a sales professional Persistence Exemplify Brevium's core values of integrity, innovation, teamwork, respectful candor, constant improvement, and competence A start date of ASAP Compensation and Benefits On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $75,000 - $100,000 depending on experience 401K match: 100% match for the first 3% contributed and a 50% match for the next 2% Health Savings Account (HSA) available Comprehensive health, vision, dental, life (a $200K policy), and disability insurance with all premiums paid by Brevium Optional GAP or Premium insurance plans available (employees cover difference in premiums if chosen) Quarterly bonuses based on company-wide performance goals #J-18808-Ljbffr Brevium
