Service Advisor - Audi Raleigh

Overview Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization. Audi Raleigh has an outstanding opportunity for a Service Advisor to join their team. Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between the Service Department technicians and the parts department to maintain customer satisfaction. Greet customers courteously and efficiently; provide an outstanding guest experience. Determine the course of action to take and obtain customer authorization. Write up service needs and provide customers with accurate estimates for cost and completion time. Communicate effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and discuss necessary repairs or maintenance. Understand warranty and service/insurance policies and keep customers informed of the prognosis of their vehicle. Call customers to set appointments and answer phones in a timely manner. Attend and complete required training and department meetings. Qualifications High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Current valid driver’s license. Good reading, writing, and math skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service. Ability to work retail hours and be computer proficient. Compensation and Benefits Competitive wages commensurate with job-related skills, experience, education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission-eligible role; earning potential based on personal performance (example: average monthly pay in the range of $3,000–$10,000).
