Sales Associate – Smoke District Las Vegas

Smoke District Las Vegas is hiring motivated, outgoing Sales Associates to join our team. This position will rotate between our Las Vegas locations, so applicants must be flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Locations

Meadows Mall
Fashion Show Mall
Miracle Mile Shops

Pay: $13/hour + tips + commission + performance bonuses

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
Actively sell and recommend cigars, tobacco products, accessories, and other store merchandise
Meet individual and store sales goals
Educate customers on products and make confident recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales floor
Handle POS transactions accurately
Follow all age-verification and tobacco sales regulations
Assist with inventory, stocking, opening, and closing duties as needed
Rotate between Smoke District locations based on business needs

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Strong sales ability and confidence approaching customers
Must be dependable, professional, and customer-service focused
Comfortable working toward sales goals and earning commission
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation to rotate between locations
Previous tobacco, cigar, vape, or smoke-shop experience is a plus
Existing Sheriff Card is a plus
