ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2003 and is a small, close-knit team focused on maintaining strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent five years as a team member, building a solid foundation in the business.

Im a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio and take pride in both my work and community involvement. We stay actively involved by supporting organizations like Manning Childrens Hospital, pediatric brain cancer research, and groups such as Soaring Spirits International.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Donna Vaughn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
