The Law Office of Claudia Grégoire seeks an Associate Immigration Attorney ready to engage in immigration defense and advocacy, including the following areas of practice: Protecting people from removal before EOIR Asylum T Visas, U Visas, VAWA Green Cards and Naturalization Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited US Law School Ideally, admitted to RI and/or Mass bar in good standing; the firm is also open to bar admittance in other states Fluency in Spanish Authorized to work in the U.S. Job Highlights Competitive Salary, starting at $90,000 per year, depending upon experience, bonuses possible Benefits: Simple IRA with 3% matching, generous PTO, paid holidays, family-friendly working hours 8:30AM - 4:30PM Monday to Thursday, 8:30AM - 4PM Friday Opportunity to work remotely 1 day per week, with 4 days per week in the office; opportunity for more remote work with time.
