Whether you are a new graduate seeking mentorship or an experienced clinician looking to expand your clinical expertise and career opportunities, you will have the support and resources to build a rewarding long-term career with H2 Health.Your Role:Provide physical therapy treatment interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical TherapistAssist in implementing individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goalsDeliver evidence-based treatment interventions including therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance training, gait training, and patient educationMonitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical TherapistBuild strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team membersDocument patient care accurately and efficiently using Raintree EMRCollaborate with a supportive clinical team while contributing to a positive and engaging clinic culture
